ATTENTION!
DOL Exempt Ag Fuel Reimbursement
If you are a producer or transporter of agricultural products who paid a surcharge on fuel used for exempt purposes as a result of the Climate Commitment Act fuel surcharge, you may be eligible for a limited refund for your 2023 fuel.
In the attached document, you will find details on the information you need to apply, instructions on how to apply, and additional details about the program – DOL has provided the document to you in English, Spanish, Russian, Ukrainian, and Punjabi - Please feel free to share this with other Ag haulers you believe also qualify for this funding.
Please note, funding is limited and applications are processed in the order received - Don’t delay and make sure you get your application in asap! Also note, BOL proof of product hauled may be required, however, only a sample is required, not a full year’s worth of documentation.
